Saturday morning classesin Cooper City.
F45 Training Cooper City runs three coached 45-minute classes every Saturday: 7:00, 8:05 and 9:10 AM. Every other Saturday the 7:00 AM slot is a HYROX session, the hardest 45 minutes on the schedule. You're done and showered by 10, with the whole weekend still ahead of you. Your first class is free, Saturdays included.

Saturday timetable
| Class | What it is | Who picks it |
|---|---|---|
| 7:00 AM | Regular class, or HYROX every other week | Early risers; anyone training for a HYROX race |
| 8:05 AM | Regular class | The most popular Saturday slot |
| 9:10 AM | Regular class | Parents after drop-off, late sleepers |
| Studio hours | 7:00–10:00 AM Saturday · 7:00–11:00 AM Sunday | |
Saturday classes are 45 minutes with a five-minute changeover, so the odd start times (8:05, 9:10) are deliberate: nobody is waiting in the lobby for the class before them to clear out.
Saturday is the social one
Weekday classes empty out fast because people have somewhere to be. Saturday doesn’t. The 8:05 crowd tends to linger, and if you want to meet the people you’ll be training next to all month, it’s the class to start with. Coaches have more time for form checks too, which is why a lot of members do their free first class on a Saturday.
Prefer Sunday? There are four classes, 7 to 10 AM, on the Sunday page. Full week on the class schedule.
Saturday questions
What time are Saturday F45 classes in Cooper City?
7:00, 8:05 and 9:10 AM. Each is 45 minutes. The studio is open 7 to 10 AM on Saturdays.
Is there an afternoon class on Saturday?
No. F45 Cooper City runs mornings only on weekends. If you need an open gym on a Saturday afternoon, Retro Fitness at 9900 Griffin Rd is open; F45's trade-off is that every slot is coached.
What is the Saturday HYROX class?
Every other Saturday the 7:00 AM class is a HYROX-style session: running mixed with functional stations like sled pushes, rowing and lunges, scaled to each person. It's open to all members, not just people racing. Details on the HYROX page.
Which Saturday class is best for a first visit?
The 8:05 or 9:10. They're regular classes (never HYROX), the coaches have a little more time for walkthroughs, and the 8:05 in particular is where you'll meet the most members.
Do I need to book a Saturday class?
Yes. Saturday slots fill, especially the 8:05. Members book in the F45 app; your free first class is booked through the form on this page and a coach confirms by text.
Can I do my free first class on a Saturday?
Yes. Pick any Saturday slot in the form and a coach confirms it. Arrive 10 minutes early so the coach can walk you through the stations.
