Which class shouldI take first?
There is no beginner class at F45 Cooper City and you don't need one: every class is the same 45-minute coached format, and the coaches scale each station to the person in front of them. So the question is really which time and which day. Short answer: any mid-morning or weekend class, booked a day ahead, arriving ten minutes early. Your first class is free.

Pick by your schedule, not your fitness
| If you… | Try | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Want the calmest first visit | 8:30 AM or 12:00 PM weekdays | Smaller classes, more coach time at each station |
| Want to meet people | Saturday 8:05 AM | The social class; people stay after |
| Can only do before work | 6:15 AM | Same class as 5:15 with a slightly later alarm |
| Can only do after work | 6:30 PM Mon–Thu | Less rushed than the 5:30, which is the fullest class of the day |
| Are training for a race | Any regular class first, HYROX second | Learn the stations before the hardest session on the schedule |
The one thing to avoid on a first visit is the every-other-Saturday 7:00 AM HYROX session. It’s a great class; it’s just not the one to learn the room in.
What the day of the week changes
F45 rotates the workout focus across the week: some days are cardio-led, some are strength-led, some are a hybrid. The coaches will tell you which it is when you book. If you’re nervous about cardio, ask for a strength day; if you’ve lifted before and want to see the pace, a cardio day shows you the F45 difference fastest. Either way the same two coaches are on the floor and every station has an easier and a harder version.
Then: book through the form on this page, a coach texts you to confirm, you arrive ten minutes early, and the coach walks you through the stations before the clock starts. More on the beginners page, full times on the class schedule.
First-visit questions
Is there a beginner class at F45 Cooper City?
No, and you don't need one. Every class is the same 45-minute format and the coaches scale each station to you. A first-timer and a five-year member train side by side doing different versions of the same movement.
Which class is best for a first visit?
Any regular class works. The calmest are the 8:30 AM and 12:00 PM weekday classes; the most social is Saturday 8:05 AM. Avoid the every-other-Saturday 7:00 AM HYROX session for your first one.
Does it matter which day I come?
A little. F45 rotates the focus across the week between cardio-led, strength-led and hybrid days. The coach will tell you which it is when you book, and you can ask for a strength day if cardio worries you.
What should I bring to my first class?
Trainers, a water bottle and a towel. Everything else is on the floor. There are changing rooms and showers on site.
How early should I arrive?
Ten minutes. The coach uses that time to walk you through the stations and the screens, so the first round isn't a surprise.
How do I book the first class?
Fill in the form on this page with the time you want and a coach texts you to confirm. No card, no app download for the trial. It's free.
